INTELLIGENCE PR AGENCY · SEOUL

Think Deep, Act Bold.

ProudComm is an intelligence PR consulting group where AI meets HI — human intelligence.
We do not follow the grammar of legacy agencies. AI reads the market and public sentiment at machine speed; global-caliber director consultants turn that into strategy with the judgment only people can make.

The Intelligence

Read at machine speed,
design with human depth.

PR is no longer won on legwork alone. Among the tens of thousands of articles and posts published every day, ProudComm is first to catch the shift in sentiment and the risk signal — through AI-driven real-time media monitoring and data analysis.

But data is material, not the answer. On top of it, the human intelligence of directors who have worked across media, in-house and agency adds political judgment, a feel for relationships and creative craft — and turns it into a message only your brand could send.

Nobody here shows up only for the report. The person who pitched it runs it, from planning through execution.

AI — ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Speed, made by data

Real-time media monitoring · sentiment and buzz analysis · trend forecasting · early risk-signal reports

HI — HUMAN INTELLIGENCE

Depth, made by people

Directors' political message design · media relations · creative direction · crisis judgment

AI × HI = PROUDCOMM

Intelligence PR

Communication that moves in step with business strategy, not mere exposure — raising the value of the company's intangible assets.

"We don't wait for briefs. We don't stop at what the client asks for.
We read the needs the client hasn't found yet and bring them first."
The Proud Intelligence Engine™

AI reads. Directors decide.
ProudComm's four-step method

STEP 01 AI-LED

ListenAlways listening

AI-driven real-time media and social monitoring collects sentiment, competitor moves and risk signals around the clock. What people miss, machines don't.

STEP 02 AI + HI

DecodeReading context

On top of data analysis and trend forecasting, consultants who have worked across media and in-house interpret the 'why'. The context behind the numbers is read by people.

STEP 03 HI-LED

DecideSetting strategy

Political judgment, the temperature of stakeholders, timing. In the consulting territory no algorithm can take over, directors design the strategy themselves.

STEP 04 HI-LED

Act BoldBold execution

The people who planned it execute it on the ground. Press, influencers, space, art — the message stays alive across every channel.

Technology sets the pace.
Judgment sets the direction.
AI sets the speed. Human intelligence sets the direction.

ProudComm's own ESG brand experience, combining pop-up stores with upcycling. First proposed by CEO Funnyjun, the concept was listed as an economic term by Maekyung Economy. Waste left over after a pop-up closes is brought back to life as art. It began with the MISSHA collaboration pop-up 'MISSHA Island', whose materials became the FOR:REST exhibition at Donuimun Museum Village, and then the REST:ART exhibition with students from Seoul Women's University.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Retainer or project contract — which one fits us?
A retainer covers media relations, always-on monitoring and crisis readiness on a monthly basis. A project runs to a fixed goal and timeline — a launch, a pop-up, a campaign. We propose the most efficient structure for your stage and budget at the first meeting. Either way, a director does the work.
How long does it take to start after signing?
Within two weeks of the kick-off meeting you receive a launch report: an AI media analysis of where you stand today and the strategic direction. Crisis cases are different — the response protocol starts the moment we hear from you.
How do we reach you in a crisis?
Email JUN@proudcomm.com marked 'URGENT' and within 24 hours you receive an initial response report, a draft official statement and a media Q&A guide. Retainer clients are connected straight to their director's hotline.
How is your reporting different?
Not a list of clippings. Our reports carry AI-driven sentiment and buzz trends plus insight framed for management. We aim for results tied to business metrics — like the successful launch of two Hanssem flagship stores, or supporting GenuOne Sciences' sale at twice its valuation.
Can you make our brand show up in AI search (ChatGPT and others)?
Yes. The key is designing media coverage AI trusts alongside structured brand information (AEO/GEO). ProudComm runs earned media PR and AI search optimization as one strategy, not two.
What size of companies do you work with?
From global brands to growth-stage startups and PE portfolio companies. Size matters less than whether there is 'a story worth telling'. Because we are a boutique, our directors' time goes to a small number of clients.
How should we choose a PR agency?
Look at three things. First, does the person who wrote the proposal actually do the work. Second, are results explained in business metrics rather than clipping counts. Third, does a documented crisis response protocol exist before a crisis hits. ProudComm is a boutique where directors run everything from planning to execution.
We already have an in-house comms team. Do we still need an agency?
The roles differ, which is why they are strongest together. In-house teams excel at internal alignment and day-to-day communication; an agency brings external media networks and firepower in a crisis. ProudComm's directors have worked on the media, in-house and agency sides, so they know what an in-house team actually needs.
What is Pop-up Cycling?
An ESG brand experience combining pop-up stores with upcycling. First proposed by ProudComm CEO Funnyjun (Kim Wan-jun) and listed as an economic term by Maekyung Economy. Waste left over after a pop-up closes is brought back to life as art. The flagship case: materials from the MISSHA collaboration pop-up 'MISSHA Island' became the FOR:REST exhibition at Donuimun Museum Village, then the REST:ART exhibition with students from Seoul Women's University.
When is Exit PR needed?
When a private equity firm is preparing to sell a portfolio company or needs to lift its valuation. It is the work of telling the company's story — the part financials alone cannot explain — to acquirers and stakeholders. ProudComm supported GenuOne Sciences' sale at twice its valuation in three years, and ran Cleveland Avenue's Korea entry event.

Let's Bold.

If you need strategy that moves the business, not a clipping report.
With the speed of AI and the judgment of people, we think deep and act bold.
